Freighting
When ordering our products online, freight is not included and your order will note that we will contact you with a confirmed freight charge and for payment info. Freight obviously varies on size, volume and destination and this gives us the opportunity to work out what is best for your particular order, whether it be furniture or a gift.
Giftware, linen, rugs and table and chair orders are generally freighted with Courier Post and we have competitive rates with them for all areas in NZ. A starting guideline for Auckland is $5.00 for a standard parcel to $12.50 for South Island orders.
Larger furniture orders need to be metrically cubed and calculated and we have a range of freight companies which we use to all parts of NZ.
We are happy to quote freight prior to ordering but need to know exact furniture pieces being looked at so we can calculate accurately.
