Carbon - the new black!
Older boys love this colour, so parents not keen on black everything, this is your answer. By the time boys hit 10 years, many of them are already moving to the dark side!! Carbon is a modern hue which falls between Charcoal and Black but it has a light reflective quality that solid black just doesn't have. Combine Carbon with Silver Haze, Titanium or Snowdrift White for a very modern look or with Rock Salt for something contemporary but neutral. We also use Carbon as a dual accent with Cappuccino contrasted with Snowdrift for another contemporary look.We have attached a couple of shots from our teenage boys room in store, where we have combined Carbon with Silver Haze and Titanium. As dark colours are more prone to marking we always use Carbon as a drawer front accent, trying to avoid using it as an exterior surface colour.
